BoxCartel in concert

Boxcartel, a band based in the Alcova Heights neighborhood along Columbia Pike, played at the Arlington Cinema and Drafthouse as part of an event sponsored by StreetCar.Now to rally support in the community for the proposed light rail system along the Pike.
