In appreciation of Dr. Teferra- ECDC

Staff, family, and friends of Dr. Tsehaye Teferra, the founder and executive of the Ethiopian Community Development Council (ECDC), threw him a surprise appreciation celebration at ECDC headquarters along Columbia Pike. His many long years of advocating for the African immigrant community, for refugees from all over the world, and for his kind and capable leadership in civic affairs brought him this accolade.

And - he was really surprised!
