Backyard concert in Douglas Park - Ardmore

Douglas Park neighborhood resident Henry Dunbar hosts a well-attended summer Backyard Concert Series at his home. Ardmore, a local group specializing in Celtic and Americana music, recently performed on a lovely June evening.
The Columbia Pike Documentary Project is a multi-disciplinary history of Columbia Pike in Arlington, VA, one of Americas most-ethnically diverse communities. Paula Endo, Lloyd Wolf, Mimi Xang Ho, Duy Tran, Aleksandra Lagkueva, Lara Ajami, and other team members have been using photography and oral history to document life along the Pike. That silhouette pic is awesome! How did I miss this post before I went over there a couple of weeks later? It’s now my favorite Arlington music venue.
