Columbia Pike Progress Luncheon 2024

The Columbia Pike Partnership (CPP) recently hosted the Columbia Pike Progress Luncheon at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel.

From the CPP website:  "This year’s theme —“ Building Bridges to Affordable Housing," focused on celebrating and advancing the work on Committed Affordable and Market Rate Affordable Housing along Columbia Pike...

The luncheon featured a curated panel of experts - from APAH, Jair Lynch. Amazon, and AHC [Carmen Romero, Daavid Hilde, Senthil Sankaran, Paul Bernard], sharing actionable insights, strategies, and stories of overcoming challenges in this arena. Our commitment to advocating attainable housing options for everyone, especially essential personnel like teachers, firefighters, paramedics, police officers, and nurses, is more vital than ever. Their ability to live in the jurisdictions where they serve is paramount to building a resilient and interconnected community."

CPP's new executive director Andrew Schneider and board chair Diana Nakarmi also made remarks.
