Tsagaan Sar II - another view

The Mongolian community along Columbia Pike is quite large, and a second Tsagaan Sar (Lunar New Year) festival was held at the Walter Reed Community Center. It featured traditional Mongolian food, music and dance performances, and games for kids,. 

Thanks to Friends of Mongolia, and the Mongolian School of the National Capital Area for hosting the celebration. Thanks also to Ganna Gankhuyag, the Cultural Envoy of Mongolia, and to Ankhbayar Ganbold, Counselor, Embassy of Mongolia.
