Prio Bangla Multicultural Car Parade

The Bangladeshi-American organization Prio Bangla has been holding its annual multicultural festival along Columbia Pike for many years. This year, taking precautions due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic, the event consisted of a safe socially-distanced car parade through the area. Other ethnic groups, particularly representatives of our large Bolivian-American citizens, also participated in the colorful celebratory salute to diversity and civic participation.

Thanks to Pryalal Karmakar and the whole energetic Prio Bangla crew.

We will be posting many more soon, but here's a picture that particularly resonates, taken at today's Prio Bangla Car Parade, a multicultural celebration along Columbia Pike in Arlington, hosted by our great Bangladeshi-American community.

Thanks to Pryalal Karmakar and the crew.

Stay tuned!
