The Columbia Pike Blues Festival, sponsored by the Columbia Pike Partnership (CPP), has been described as "Arlington's best block party." This year there was a record turnout, with numerous local vendors and civic groups participating. Headliner Judith Hill was joined by performers Annika Chambers and Paul DesLauriers, Bobby Thompson, The Gayle Harrod Band, and Spice Cake Blues. Virginia US Senator Mark Warner also greeted and addressed the crowd.
