Living Diversity- book in progress

Here are two preliminary mockup covers for the book in progress,  Living Diversity: The Columbia Pike Documentary Project, to be published next year. It will  feature the work of photographers Xang Mimi Ho, Paula Endo, Alexandra Lagkueva, Duy Tran, and Lloyd Wolf.

There will also be essays contributed by a variety of writers which will explore and illuminate perspectives on life and the history of the Pike.

Kwanzaa portrait

I encountered this fellow on the Pike. He was promoting a local Kwanzaa celebration, at the Green Valley Pharmacy, especially honoring Dr. Leonard Moss.

I thanked him for what he was doing, and he heartily returned the sentiment.
