Cafe Sazón

Cafe Sazón is a newly opened cafe/bakery/restaurant located at 4704 Columbia Pike. Long-time Pike resident Adrianna Torres has opened it with her partner, Tom Shen. The cafe serves an assortment of breads, pastries, drinks, and specialty Latin dishes. Cafe Sazón also boasts a spacious 70-seat room available for parties and events, as well as an extensive menu of catering options. Free WiFi is also available.

Arlington Mill Community Center (early demolition process)

The old Arlington Mill Community Center is being razed to make a new and larger facility, which will also include affordable housing units, to be managed by APAH, the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing.

Columbia Pike Housing & Land Use Analysis Workshop

The Columbia Pike Revitalization Organization (CPRO) sponsored a recent Housing & Land Use Analysis Workshop.

Architects, designers, urban and town planners, and economic analysts from the firms Ferell Madden Lewis, PES:Partners for Economic Solutions, and Dover Kohl and Partners brainstormed ideas and possibilities regarding the future of Columbia Pike.
